I have a fair amount of experience growing so I am past the newbie stage. Since my last grow I have moved to a first world country with first world rules so I had to say bye bye to my veg room 4 hanging fluros about 400 watts total and flower room with my 400 hps. In total my cycle gave me 20 plants to harvest every 12 weeks non stop for 2 years.
It has been 2 years and now where I am in a rental with laws that could get me into trouble if caught I need to be carefull. My current grow is borne out of nececity. I have had nothing to smoke for 6 weeks and will probably not smoke for at least 6 months untill my two seedlings are hopefully female.
This is the set -up:
2 door free standing cloths cuboard - fairly high and can 4 decent sized pots.
2 seedlings about 10 days old under 1 X 105 fluro with another fluro on the way also to be 105watts.
The inside is lined with Panda film and I am yet to add an extractor, at the moment they are getting enough air thorugh me opening and closing the doors.
Once they are big enough I will take 4 cuttings of each and start vegging those suckers with the 2 "mothers" (hoping both are female)
If one is male, please god let at least 1 be female! then I will get rid of the 4 cutting of that one.
Then when I am ready to flower I will put one 250 watt hps in that cupboard and get another smaller cupboard to put my 4 cuttings which should then be small plants into under the fluros.
So the 2 females (I hope) will be flowering under the 250 watt (keeping it to 250watt to keep the heat down)
As soon as I harvest the 4 cuttings will go to veg in the bigger and room and once big enough I will take cuttings from them and so the cycle starts.
I cant be caught so I have to have the balast of the hps inside the cupboard and it must only look like a clothes cupboard, we get rental inspections from the agency. So far they dont have a clue. Yes the smell will be a worry, but in my experience growing in soil the smell is not that strong and I will get something to mask the smell if needed.
My worry is the space is very small, I have seen crazy setups here in the past so I know it is doable.
Any advice you guys have will be appreciated and if you want to see what my old school setup looked like check my album, it was about 18 months ago I think.
