I count from the day I notice flowers. But I don't shoot for any specific number of days. She'll tell me when she's ready for me.

Nice ya that's what I pretty much do because I usually have to add a week before I harvest, but I just started counting because before I haven't and just like you said let her tell me when she's ready best way for sure. What week are they at now?
