Cree cob distance par rating

Having a hard time finding this info so figured id ask. Started 4 blue cookies seeds under 96 watts of t5 cfls. Now that they all sprouted i decided to step up the light to a single 75 watt cree cob cx3590. i also have a hlg 260, but i dont want to risk light burn like what happened to my last plants. what is the distance to start with now that the cree cob is hanging up? are there any tell tale signs BEFORE my plants get fried? or is 75 watts led not enough light? by the way, only going to keep the best two plants. my thinking was to give them the 75 watt led to grow a little bit more so they can handle the 260. anyone have a link to par readouts for cree cob cxb 3590? or i guess i dont fully understand the charts i have seen? i dont want to mess this up again.

its a single 5000 k cree cob cx 3590 75 watts with an angelina reflector to clarify, i do not have a par meter, so what par is good for seedlings/early veg and what distance is that with this light?

i have a cheap vigoro light/moisture/ph meter which measures lumens but i am having trouble figuring out how to use the reading it says. it goes all the way to 2000, but how do i figure out lumen/sq ft with this meter?

Not sure how accurate it is but I downloaded a par meter app from the Google play store. I don't have anything to test against it to see the accuracy of it.

it says 800-900 par at 12”, so how do i determine the par at 24” or 36” is there an equation you guys know off the top of your head that i can figure this out?

Welcome, vtim.
It's nice to have something that tells me when I have all of my environmental conditions on point. Fortunately, you already have the best instrument you can get. It's called a plant-watch what it does and it will tell you what it needs and what it doesn't like. My limited experience has shown me that different varieties tolerate environmental conditions differently so its really difficult to say what is the right amount of any nutrient.

Download a light meter called Keuwlsoft off playstore, it seems ok.
Start your plants at 24" away from the cob, and as @GBAUTO said use your eyes!
