I am also planning to moving to the woods. The key is not to move too far, I live in montucky so the woods are close and there are podunk towns scattered everywhere. I got a buddy who live about an hour out and does'nt come in much maybe once a month but I love his pad in the woods close to a lake great fishing hunting is also great and he just sitts out there and grows. Gots the internet and phone and all that shit but I don't think he uses it much. He's ice fishing this time of year pretty much all day everyday.

Oh, and while money will not buy you happiness, poverty will almost always make you miserable.

Agreed.

My original post stated that "money will not buy you happiness but it sure will make life easier."

And yes, I sure hope nobody is happy with riding a jet ski (Lake Lice). Sorry Fdd... :)

The show I seen the guy did it all out.The movie was like clips from his life he recorded and he was sending him back to his brother I wish I could think of the name now.He didn't have a fridge so he would dig real deep in the ground and keep his food down there it was very cool what he did he made everything himself. It took place in like alaska though and he started getting old and the winters started becoming to much for him.
