I’m interested for curiosity’s sake. I don’t know how people have problems with yield growing Cannabis lol. I’m much more concerned with the potency of my product than how much I produce( only grow for myself, no sell, no tell) although I know that’s not the case for all.I would greatly appreciate having my name in said hat, Hobbes.
some of those plants look like the ones in the mars thread, quality is definitely shit. i’d be more concerned with quality than anything else too but for people who sell i guess shit ton of mid quality yields better than decent amount of excellent qualityI’m interested for curiosity’s sake. Give it a shot if you want ... but Leaf Stripping/schwazz did not improve my yields. Tested this by doing a selective defoliation grow followed by a total leaf stripping grow. Removed all of the fan leaves save for the first few fans at the top of the branch just before they went into 12/12. And the growing environments were the same for both crops.... "Here’s one term you’ll hear often when it comes to this method: Schwazze (pronounced SHHwahZZ). What is it? Schwazze is a cultivation technique that requires heavy defoliation in order to grow a hearty plant with excellent yield ...
LordEnki I haven't started yet.did this end poorly or...?
oh dang! my mistake. lolLordEnki I haven't started yet.
Tomorrow I might get 3 hours off work to travel to a grow shop to get the supplies I'll need.

Care to share the PPFD you run in flower with the mover? I am thinking instead of adding more lights get movers and keep lights nice and low early off. I'm having trouble even hitting 2 pounds a light with my LEDs. Fucking hell I have a headache from this.I have 4 plants under 1 HLG 650R and average over 3 lbs per harvest, last was well over 4 lbs. The light is on a light rail, plants are in a 3’x8’ scrog, coco and perlite, jacks 321, nothing new or special. Not sure if your trying to get 3 lbs per plant or light. If per light, easily done if you have the right light and setup.
Hmmmmm, This is so easy man. Why do you want complicate it?Care to share the PPFD you run in flower with the mover? Gona go out on a limb here and say if you used a light mover you'd increase your gpw and not your gpsf.Care to share the PPFD you run in flower with the mover? I try to keep my quantum par meter reading between 850 and 1000 at the tops of the colas down the middle. I have added two lights at each end to keep it even, but they are small 100w lights. I have actually lowered the number of plants in the same space to three, scrog net is 3 x 8, so just under 3x3 each. Oh almost forgot I added a UVA bar as well, so I guess I’m no longer in the “one light” club as before.Care to share the PPFD you run in flower with the mover? Yes, this exactly. The scrog along with the light moving allows the light to change angles and get through the canopy better, and cover a larger area. I added end lighting so plants at each end would never be without at least some direct light, shortened the lights path some, and went to three plants to see what happens.Where he has the greatest advantage over your style is the scrog , that allows for more even light across all his buds. Plus because he's got the light mover he can run closer and not get light stress, his canopy is even so that's going to glide along nicely having higher ppf but keeping the DLI the same.
That looks like a 300w mars hydro light?I run one Mars hydro 600W. Zero training photo single plant runs. It’s just what I enjoy some people really hate on it bc training is so popular atm. Veg for 10-12 weeks until 36” tall in a 1 gal, flip to a 3 gal. I usually have to pop 6 seeds, take the genetically gifted ones, toss the others. The same way you’d seek a strong mother. Keep a female. If no gifted females, repeat. Which is a lot of waste for some.
do have to water a lot. I’ll attach pics. 8-10 oz. Dry per plant but one can use an entire 3x3x8 easy. People can definitely beat the yield I’m sure but it’s fun for me.
Please add me.
Magpie they started selling the books at $500 USD and they sold 2000 books at that price. The last I checked they were selling the books for $300.
I was gifted a second "3 A Light" as a give away, anyone interested just leave your name in this thread and I'll do a raffle in a couple of months.
