Toning muscle ? Before I started this workout regime the only muscle I had was in my arms, look no need to get off topic here I just wanna know if I can safely have a workout tonight as well As tomorrow night, and the next night, etc.
Can you? Yeah, If you can deal with the pain. Safely, idk, if you're really that out of shape, you could over do it and actually hurt yourself. I suggest rest, it is part of a healthy workout regime, especially where your just starting out. The hardest parts is not just working out, it's the lifestyle changes. 3-6 weeks for everything to acclimate to a new routine.

If your dead set on it, do a light routine today, half weight or less, I don't recommend it. Stop doing full body, alternate between chest/arms, legs, core, and cardio, your heart and vascular system isn't there to support your body yet. 3-6 weeks for everything to acclimate to a new routine. I had to repeat it, you can't rush it.

You seem to be more concerned with appearance than actually being healthy. But good luck.

Just look at what Arnold Schwarzenegger's diet http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/arnold-schwarzenegger-blueprint-trainer-mass-nutrition.html

Where it says protein matters he says a gram of protein per pound at 250lbs he eats 250 grams of protein a day. He did eat healthy lean meat and shit no alcohol.

But yeah if you are trying to build muscle you need lots of protein you can get from other shit than meat and you need calories and fat as well because muscle will burn fat when you are just sitting on your ass.
I dont think a human body has the ability to process that much protein in a day, i bet he shat half of it lol but im not nutrition specialist. Im not arguing a lot of protein is needed to build muscle i just think certainly it does not have to be from animal (vs plant) source to reach same result as well as in high of a quantity.

You need to condition your joints and connective tissues to do the work you're doing. Start slow and work your way up. When I was in college with puny little arms every time I would do bench presses my elbows would be sore for days, not the muscles, the tendons and ligaments. Once I worked my way into it, everything came together.

Going all out from the get go is asking for injury.

Proper diet is key. I can imagine you starving yourself, working out hard, then posting here saying your heart feels funny, muscles not working right, etc. Deficiencies don't only occur in plants, young Skywalker. You need to fuel your machine, then make it do work.

Good luck buddy, the whole forum is waiting for before and after pics.

Your muscles are gonna be yuuuge!

Heavy weights less reps will add bulk.

Light weights more reps will lean you out.

Don't push the same muscle groups two days in a row.

Work out mon-fri. Take the weekend off.

Mon, Wed, and Fri work upper body.

Tue and Thurs work legs out.

I would do abbs as part of my warm up and I would run a few days a week.

I walk and hike now as the knees don't lime jogging or running anymore.

I use a bowflex now a few times a week. Nothing like I used to but enough to stay fit.

I think GHB was used for after workouts to prevent that..

I think you're suppose to work arms one day, legs the next than take a break.

I think you should eat more veggies and less meat. You are a little chubby (not talking shit) so I would be doing a raw veggie diet and take vitamins until you lose the weight, then when you get where you want to be, then you can go ape shit on meats..

But wtf do I know

Yes this is true.
"Vanity and pride are different things, though the words are often used synonymously. A person may be proud without being vain. Pride relates more to our opinion of ourselves; vanity, to what we would have others think of us." Jane Austen

Be proud, not vain, fuck what others think.

i think what is interesting about this is that people here are simply not taking into account or not reading /comprehending whatever you wanna call it that the OP

ONLY eats ONE meal PER day.

now hes adding weight training ontop of that?

the kids gunna go into malnourished fucking cardiac arrest or some shit.

seriously people start advocating for him to be on a better food regime before he starts pumpin up the weight lifting.

OP you are going to fucking kill yourself.

weight lifting, exercise all wonderful things to do apart of a healthy lifestyle . ...what also is apart of a healthy lifestyle is eating the proper amount of nutrients, foods and calories per day.
which you are NOT getting from a piece of tilapia and some water for your one meal.

you will do jack shit to yourself except seriously injure yourself unless you eat properly. you will see no improvement aside from nutrient deficiencies and malnourishment

^There's the problem.
i tried giving advice in his last thread, he doesnt care.
he doesnt think eating one meal a day is a bad thing.

i tried explaining hes not getting the adequate amount of nutrients and vitamins he needs but he doesnt understand.

he wants to loose weight, but hes so stubborn in this "one meal a day" ideal that hes in denial thinking it actually works.
it doesnt.
