i think what is interesting about this is that people here are simply not taking into account or not reading /comprehending whatever you wanna call it that the OP

ONLY eats ONE meal PER day.

now hes adding weight training ontop of that?

the kids gunna go into malnourished fucking cardiac arrest or some shit.

seriously people start advocating for him to be on a better food regime before he starts pumpin up the weight lifting.

OP you are going to fucking kill yourself.

weight lifting, exercise all wonderful things to do apart of a healthy lifestyle . ...what also is apart of a healthy lifestyle is eating the proper amount of nutrients, foods and calories per day.
which you are NOT getting from a piece of tilapia and some water for your one meal.

you will do jack shit to yourself except seriously injure yourself unless you eat properly. you will see no improvement aside from nutrient deficiencies and malnourishment
Lol I said in my original post I try to eat AT LEAST two times a day, I'm not that stupid to lift weights everyday with minimal fuel, I eat 2 bananas and drink some water when I wake up, lunch time a sandwich or talapia with an Apple or grapes for dinner it's anything from baked chicken to talapia with a tolerable vegetable on the side, Lol I think I would have already been in the Er if I was still eating once a day.

Yeah, but he starts getting muscle bulk he's going to be eating shit makes you hungry. But then again not eating enough will prevent muscles from building so what can you do? You can bring a horse to the water but can't make him drink. If he dies he will get a Darwin Award. :)

I dont think a human body has the ability to process that much protein in a day, i bet he shat half of it lol but im not nutrition specialist. Im not arguing a lot of protein is needed to build muscle i just think certainly it does not have to be from animal (vs plant) source to reach same result as well as in high of a quantity.
Yeah don't matter much where the protein comes from I just love meat the most boneless skinless chicken breast is one of the best and pretty cheap.

But I'm sure you need a lot if you're a beast like Arnold steroids needed to. :)

i cant believe you think
2 bananas, tilapia or baked chicken , an apple or some grapes and a vegetable side is enough food

like pick up a book , or google about food
like im just astonished that you think this is an acceptable amount of food per day.

who taught you basic eating skills? like where does one even remotely think this is a good idea. i cant even put it into words to type im that mind blown over this.
like ....did you go to school? did you like ....ever take a health class?

i mean shit, have you looked at the food pyramid even though its shitty its better than what you're doing

you say you arent stupid to lift weights everyday with minimal fuel yet than you write you eat 2 bananas, some water , tilapia, apple grapes , and some vegetable sides.
thats you literally doing what you say you wouldnt be doing in the same sentence

are you keeping track of your caloric intake? seems like you tried this before and were'nt counting the calories in ALL your food.(and drink) If you eat pretty decent, at 2000 cal a day for a while, don't go all crazy on the lifting, do some mild cardio even walking, you can't help but lose weight. (fruits loaded with sugar, you need to read up on this stuff).

I just really Don't feel comfortable eating normal breakfast, lunch, and dinner like it says in the food pyramid, it just doesn't seem right to be eating eggs, and Turkey bacon, and toast or whatever, it never had worked for me cause believe me I've tried it all I've been fat my whole life, all that ends up happening is when I try those diets like your ideal diet which is just the standard type of diet that they teach in school, whenever I attempt it I'm good for like a day or two, but because some of the foods in the standard diet are my favorite foods like eggs for example.

I would try it, but when I eat my favorite foods I can't get enough , so I'd be good for about a day or two and then after breakfast I would find myself so hungry that I would wanna eat another breakfast, I tried this twice in Florida btw and I always just ended up returning to my normal eating habits.

So I got fed up with it and tried eating in a way that I would think people much before our time would eat, all they had back in those days was plants, and trees, I'm talking genises here they lived just fine off fruits and vegetables, cause they're healthy for you, now of course I'm not only eating fruit, gotta have meat in at least 1 meal if I only eat 2, 2 meats if I eat 3, I usually don't have time to eat anything more in the morning than a couple of quick bananas.

But anyway my point is I feel in my heart that what I'm doing right now is good, everyone is different, this is the only thing that works for me so I gotta keep on it.

Cool story, bro.

How about you stop making threads asking the forum for health advice when you have already made your mind up to have unhealthy habits?

You are your own biggest obstacle, literally and figuratively.

If you can't control your own urges then you will have a hell of a time making significant lifestyle changes like you are trying to, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR FAILURE!

jeez

Fuck it, maybe I'll just start trolling.

I got some evidence for ya, I've been lifting weights for the past five days, I noticed I was weighing the same but my stomach was sticking out less, so the next day I decided to do a little experiment to see if I was working out correctly I ate once that day cause if I eat only once a day im gonna be a pound less the next day, so I woke up the next morning still 193, but I am ridiculously sore and notice that my love handles are shrinking downwards my body is starting to become more square like. It's smaller everyday in conclusion bluntmassa is right.
pics?

Train a body part only once per week, maaaaaybe twice for arms (they're used to doing most of the work). Be careful with your shoulders and the biceps tendons. You're training too much, imo. Also, results are always months away, nothing is immediate, changing your diet will not help with injury, though high fat content will help reduce injury. (catch 22)

Relax, stay focused, do not rush it.

Try protein only during the week, and carb load on the weekends. Always remember that your organs are getting some training in too, so tons of water. Back to regular diet after 3-4 weeks. Try again after a month or so.

If you're serious you'll need some psyllium husks for fiber.

More serious and you'll be waking up multiple times throughout the night on the weekends to load dextrose and water, ice cream, cookies, etc.

As you lead up to the weekend train to fatigue (high reps, much cardio), train as heavy as you can sun-mon-tues-wed (low reps, no cardio).
