Could my cab be more effecient? i think so

My cab is just about air seeled, but not quite, i have a tarp velcroed over the opening, then have swinging doors that make it light proof, and make it look like a cabinet.

My diagram is pretty self explanatory, just gotta picture it. My temps will rise above 95 if not cooled by the ac. With the 250w alone, it will get to be 88-92 if not a/c cooled, but still air cooled by exhaust fan.

Would there be an easier way to exhaust or intake the air? I have windows on either side of the box, but my lights are on durin the day so the outside air still gets to about 80 on a hot day. There is a 2'' layer of active carbon on the fan, it sucks air through it.

I think i may need to get a more high powered exhaust fan, even though its pumping out a good stream of air.

Something's missing from this set up and making it run hot, just havent put my finger on it. Also, the exhaust just dumps into the room, where i sleep :( any help?

i reckon this would work better if you ducted the cold a/c air onto the bulb and used the extractor only for pushing the exhaust through your filter, making the bulb a bit cooler. cant promise anything tho, im just a newb!
photos would help dude

I got some setup pics but i dont really like postin actual pics up on here. I guess i could get an outside source and run that straight through the light then out. So then i would have two exhausts, one coming from the environment inside the box, and the other from the light. But shit, then i'd need another powerful fan to get the air moving past my light.

Yea my current exhaust fan is rated at 110 cfms, but that shit's pretty powerful, nothin compared to the 80 cfm pc fan that i ahve
