The title above clearly says gender PRONOUNS. The word tranny is not a pronoun. As in he, her, she, her they ,xir, xur xey, xem, and 70+ other pronouns people are claiming. If someone asked to have the pronouns xe, xur, xem, etc and you refuse, as i pasted from the Ontario's Human Rights Commission, it can now be viewed as a human rights complaint. Pretty clear as day. Once again it says pronouns, you're missing the point by a mile. This is specific to gender pronoun usage. Not name calling. Read againExactly what I argued. You cannot discriminate against a transgendered or gender-confused person any more than you can a disabled person. If an organization, say my employer, insisted on calling me a cripple or gimp rather than a disabled person , I could take offence and file a complaint. If you, as an individual, called me a cripple to my face, there's fuck all I could do. Same with gender.
Once before the council they will impose a fine, if you refuse to pay as an act of civil disobedience (because no one should be forced to used certain language). You will then be faced with jail time. Hence the new law can put you behind bars. Its been discussed by many of Canada top professors, psycologists, and lawyers. Im sorry but youre simply flat out incorrect. Please inform yourself. This is NEW law in Ontario, revised in the last 3 months
"Refusing to refer to a trans person by their chosen name and a personal pronoun that matches their gender identity"
