My dog wondered off 3 days ago, after days of searching we figured it will be at the pound so we are wondering how what the total cost of getting my dog back? Can they do payment plans? If i cant afford it can i ask them to notify me a few days before they kill my dog to see if i can get more money later? Will the pound work with me? I only have 80$ and 2 dogs Are in the pound.

Go in and just say you wanna look at their dogs then get your 2 dogs back, register em and shit. They'll put a hold on em for the owner to come by and you being the owner, will never show.

You won't be able to claim them any other way, you have absolutely NOTHING on them. Come on man, register and fix your fucking dogs.

Did you read that website you linked at all? You need documentation of actually registering, fixing, vaccinating, SOMETHING to your dogs before. If you got nothing, and they're not fixed, not registered, they'll fine you like a mother fucker.

Yes it's usually cheaper to do things the right way the first time. Lemme guess, some pit mixes?

U mean it costs less to readopt than just to reclaim ur own dogs? That's crazy. choose the cheaper option. Remember they were prolly given shots they NEEDED and care they NEEDED. So you're obligated to reimburse the caretakers for their care.
Dogs are family members. Do you have kids that are missing their pets? I would beg, borrow or steal the money just to get my family pets back. And I would be grateful they weren't hurt.

Went to the pound today and search each and every cage 3 times till i was sure my dogs are not thier. Than i gave up and searched the list of dogs found dead. Through the search i found one of my dog, i was not sure so i asked the admission, the admission printed a photo using the serial number next to the discription And when i saw the photo. I just started tearing and fighting my emotions. My dog was ran over the same night she went missing. The dogs arent really mine.. They are my younger brothers and they are horrible owners. They forget to feed thier dogs sometimes so for the past 2 years i took care of them and made sure they ate well each and everyday. I became emotionally attatched to them like they were my children. One bright side is the other dog the boy was not found on the pound or the injured or dead pets. I do not know were he is, i am posting missing ads on the pound this week. They say he could be held at a home or held at a home to be later returned to the pound.

if you can't afford to get them out they won't let you adopt them they want these animals to go to good homes with people who will take care of them so they don't come back

They do payment plans and will cope with me, before i found out she was dead i assume she was in the hospital and was willing to sell my car to get her back. But when her death was confirm thats when i broke down.

yah, after just recently having to put our 14 year old dog down, we have been going to shelters looking for a new addition to our family, and my god, it's soo fucking depressing to go into these places and see that some of the dogs are like 8 or 9 years old..i can't believe that some people could own a dog for so long only to give it up in its last years of life.. it makes me wonder if they did the same things for their children..
the thing is that over half of the dogs we've seen are pit's or a pit mix, or what they like to call stafordhires at the pounds.. i have to be honest, not a lot of dogs scare me, but for w/e reason pits do..
on a side note, if anyone knows of a biggish kind of dog, preferably a girl, and preferably a pup, that needs a loving forever home, pm me..

This is awsome i am able to make a lost dog add online and send to the pound online. They will post pics inside pound and notify me when a dog enters it and matches description. I hope he either found a home or alive waiting to be catched by pound. The girl dog was really important becuase she is a mom of 3 boy pups who are 7 months old. The puppies have been stressed that moma is not home. I will get them licensed later this week.
