Of course seperate timerz...im not a complete dumbass! ;-) i was thinking of running the royal blues 24/7...but if there is a 'definite switch' of spectrum when they come on ONLY at 'night time' this might work better to induce flowering..

Awesome. Keep those pics coming. For the first time Im genuinely interested in DIY and feel like I could do it too. I thought the wiring would be looking way more difficult but that looks simple as fuck.

Yeah bruv....wire positive to the negative...(as you can see in the photo) then add up the maximum voltage of each star on the circuit....(in this case each star is 3.7v for the white crees x 20 = 74v) so i need a driver with a 75v max voltage (or higher) and i want to run them at 600ma so a 'constant current' driver with these specs.....

striping, taping and soldering is the fun part... ;)

You know what I always wondered about stars? Can you drill a small hole through the contact and heat-sink and wire it from the back. Ya know what I mean? Push the wire through the back and solder in the front. And not to nitpick but shouldn't the wire you're using be a thinner gauge or is there something you know that I don't? Apart from the usual stuff I mean, like what part of the penguin is most tender, shit like that :).

Yeah i guess so....im a bit shit with a drill and keeping it steady (i dont have a drill press) so drilling so close to the LED is dangerous for me... :)

The other reason is i need this panel hard against the top of the PC chassis... (drill holes for screws)

Yeah it could be thinner but this is what i had lying about....and im a cheap fuck so deal with it... :D

Yeah....have to go picking coconuts this morning and make water for 'Rootiez garden...damn corporate pigz! :D

I think i decided to run the blues on 12/12 to to make a definite 'switch' in the spectrum....

Whoa! Hold up....wanna make sure my QC is up to stratch....you must be mistaking me for SDS or Supra....im a bit slower and shit compared to people who know what they are doing....but im getting somewhere.... :)
