my bro swears not all strains trichs will turn amber. He says his WW just didnt seem to turn. So its a possibility I guess.

They look milky to me, i have a fast maturing plant i call the "slut", takes after its mum. Almost as the same stage your plants are.
Yes still they are 90%-95% cloudy, rest clearish ( like the base of the globes are cloudy. See picture 11 in bewteen the two purple parts you see some trichs clear on top but cloudy half way through the globe)

And pictures lie in some of the photos, it shows what looks like amber trichs but its just my hps getting through the led light. I've search allll over and I mean top, bottom, side to side, underneath, everywhere. Havnt seen a single amber trich and seeing more white hairs which is why I'm so confused.

Is it mean I have more time? Should I feed again? Hasn't been fed in a few days.

My experience is most strains will go from milky or cloudy headed trichs (always look at the globed trich heads) to amber in a matter of less than a week. The process of final ripening goes relatively quick. Odor will often seem to double with a ripe pungent smell over what was there just days before. Sure, a few new white hairs will continue to develop at the tips of the buds mostly. But overall new bud development will have slowed to a near stop. Letting 'em dry out more between waterings and keeping temps relatively cool will help 'em finish right. The buds should fully finish, but I don't think another two wks or so is what's needed from your description of how they look. As said, a picture is worth a thousand words.

"D-OH!" Just saw the discernable enuf pictures on page 2. My guess would be at least a week to 10 days more to go. Not just a trich color issue, the glands are clearly not fully developed yet. Those trich heads will swell more before finished. And the buds overall look considerably immature yet, with far too many white perky hairs. They just don't look ripe, yet at all. Look at some photos of fully mature buds around RIU, HT or anywhere else. Most of the hairs or stigmas should be shriveling and turning orange, red or brown, leaving just a few curly white hairs at the tops of the buds. And the empty seed brachs should swell to look almost like they've got seeds in them. That's the final phase that produces the potency and phat yield you want. Otherwise though they may seem closer to ripe, they'll shrink too much and lose their smell. And not really dry and cure right either. Patience will pay off and not leave you disappointed in the long run.

My general perception is a lot of the bud I've seen in recent years, even from the dispensaries tends to be harvested a little too early. Many I know agree that too much of what they come across here in the Seattle/Tacoma Pac Northwest region has been picked too early. Not that a majority of it is, but I'd say at least 1/3 to 1/2 of what's around isn't up to it's potential. Some growers are too impatient or only care about profits anyway. But the ironic truth is one is robbing themselves of yield weight considerably by picking just 5-7 days too early.

Very good words.

We do all see with our own blind eyes though right? So I am going to say more like 2 weeks. But, then I am not Jorge 'the Cannabis Whisperer' Cervantes either. All I can say for sure is it will be soon, and they look frikkin great! +rep

Congrats on the grow my man but i would say they look about 60% cloudy 30% clear and 10% amber so i would let them keep goin for about another week or 2

I would go for mostly cloudy trichs and some amber, if the plant is worthy to keep around you can get a better judge of when to harvest next time around.

that's exactly what was confusing me was the all the white hairs yet I'm seeing all these cloudy trichs. Plus I didn't really know what was truely ripe so you helped with that too thanks a bunch!

One more question, since I have about 7-10 days give or take, should I feed one last time because I starving my plant for the past 4 days? Give it an extra shove

Lots of folks will disagree, but I say when 3/4 the hairs are turned they are done. Wait too long and they will be bigger sure. But I want peak flavor and overripe buds dont have it.
