Yes that's the same kind.
If u don't mind me asking, do u know if having, for example, three 4-watt leds is better than one 12-watt LED(assuming you place them where the plant will get sufficient light)?

The info on the light I bought says that it's full spectrum and I noticed it says "veg & flower".. So I assume this light is good all the way through?

I see your point, but right now, in my situation I don't see it as a waste of money cuz it's growin meh plants lol. Trust me I wish I had some bigger ones, more specifically HID but can't afford that at this second becuz there's a lot of shit goin on and I don't have the extra cash. I can't wait til I get a top notch set up though, it'll be kickin
