Yeha i could just sit at home doing nothing but why? I defenetly dont want to manage my own buildings and deal with Tennants. I would rip my hair out, also i have medical benefits with my employer. But I just started making money this year the year before was ok but im seeing more this year and running it the way its supposed to be runned.
But hopefully you could get some money and start up ur self, then ull know what im talking about.
Probably quit next year when i got all this down packed.
