Welcome 400 to the Party !! This is def going to a great one !! :-)

I do not see any prob raising a seedling in a Coffee Can. The more the merrier I always say !! I do not blame you on bit worrying about your Cheese smelling like Coffee, but it will not affect it. ( I asked a sim question concerning Blackstrap Molasses) :-)

Again, welcome and the very best of luck in both the Competition and also that you do not grow a Hermie :-(

Haha... Yeah, I'll end up putting it in a jar for later. Ironic though, considering I'm Colombian you'd think I'd like coffee, but nope...

Either way, I have my seed germed and sitting in coco, I'll post a pic later when she sprouts :)

It dabble in this and that, not a hydro grower per se.. Usually my garden is vegan organic, but nowadays it's about half and half.

I germed Critical + and Reserve p. OG kush, I'm likely to use the Critical as the seed entry.

question - when I start giving this girl nutes, should she get any veg nutes at all?? Id hate to deprive her of nitrogen so early on in life.

Is it showing sex already??? How many days has the plant been 12/12? If the plant isnt showing pistils I would continue using "N". Once I notice a lot of pistils coming in I start cutting out the "N". That is how I did it when starting 12/12 from bean. Looks good, whats the strain?

Hi All,
Greetings from the land down under.
Got a question if i may.
I don't have any coffee cans but i do have these 2 litre bottles i salvaged out of the bin.
Can i enter?

The plants are 2 newly rooted clone the one on the left of the first pic is Jock Horror and the one on the right is NYPD both from Nirvana.
Nutes i'm using are Dutch Fest which seem to work well.
i have made these bottles into bubble buckets just filling with nutes out of my main reservoir and threw in an airstone in each one.
Cost of this project? nil everything i already had.
I wrapped some foil around the bottles to keep out the light and Voila free bubble buckets.
I will only veg for another couple of weeks along with my main grow which has been vegging for 5 weeks now grown from seed.

Harvest should be around the end of feb.

The last pic is of my grow room. 3 x Jock horror and 4 x NYPD just thought i would throw that in.

Please say i can enter and i know i cannot collect a prize if i win but i though this would be a load of fun.

Howdy Kind Coffee Can Growers! Just wanted to give a update. Its been another fine week and my gurl is doing her thing. I am thinking she will be a she. I have grown this strain before and this is what her females tend to look like in this pheno. Shes got the Chemdawg funk to her already...stinky bongsmilie

First two are the coffee can. Last one is just some eye candy. Using a 1970's Old school Cool-Aid Man Jug to grow in. Lovely Jubbly :)

Chad, they look good, I wouldnt use Tin Foil though, I would use Duct tape like MMMB has around his. Much better IMO. Tin Foil isnt good to use in your grow. As far as entering the contest, you need them in a Coffee Can....But feel free and post them here if you like. There is also another Coffee Can Growers Thread that we started before the contest and its cool to post them in there too.

What up everyone, NICE UPDATES! I threw everyone who updated rep. Later I'll put up a pic of my girl when the sun comes out :) I'm also going to update everyone who is officially in the compitition!! Hope Everyone had a great weekend, be back in a few with pics!!

Just got home and have my one of my entries :-)

I just picked up (4) gifted clippings of Red Cherry Berry. One of these four will be (1) of my entries. Her name is "Corkie". (The other 3 are part of the "Whitt Triplets"; "Dim", "Nit" and "Half") They are going to be in my "MaineGrow" and not in the "Coffee Can Competition". The other entrie's name is "Cadbury", and tomorrow I will be taking a clipping off "Chaka Khan" and letting her clone -up, and then house her in her dorm room, "The Folger Decaf" section. "Cadbury" is a Northern Light X Blueberry Girl.

Both of mine will be done in soil, and fed every 3 days some of my "Moxie Mix". Should be fun !! Hopefully I will get some pics of the girls, but right now they are under a nice humidity canopy.

She's purdy BkB!! I'm going to get some of mine right now, she doubled in size over the weekend and her roots are getting mazzive now :) She also just started showing hairs so she's officially in day 1 of flower!!
