COB Help!

Like the title says I need help with these cobs that I am wiring. I thought I got everything wired up correctly but when I went and plugged it all in, Nothing.
This is what I'm working with...
HLG-320H-C1400B Driver
6- CXB3590 COB 36v- 3500K sets with thermal tape
SST140 Passive Heatsinks
Ideal 50-2303CR
Ideal 50-2300AN
100k potentiometer
18 gauge wire between all of the cobs that go to a DC barrel connector
16 gauge wire from the driver to the other side of the barrel connector to the driver

I know the driver and potentiometer are wired up correctly because when I plugged it in and turned the dial I could hear the driver working.

Let me know what you guys think. I would really like to get this thing finished so I can proceed with other parts of this project.

My drivers dont really make any noise.
I wouldn't be surprised if you maybe have a defective driver?

@Airwalker16 It's not really noise, it's just a click when I turn up the potentiometer.

when i have problems.
step 1: remove the pot, if still not working, then
step 2; multimeter, dc volts, check leads on DC out of driver(red/blk), if you have a voltage, in this case 216v -ish, & still not working, then
step 3; remove quick connects, barrel connectors etc.
step 4: check AC side connections to make sure power is getting into the driver
step 5; still not working, return driver, quit, or kill myself.

I'm looking to install 9 CXB3590-0000-000R0HCD35G COB 3500K 72 Volt, using angled aluminum, im just curious if 1 driver @ 1050ma can handle of the COBs? I intend on running 3 drivers running at 192v @ 1050ma.. I heard ir working for some, but just leary. cant someone help me?

Hey Friends! I just wanted to drop off an update. I did finally get the COBs fired up and damn they are bright! They fit nicely in my tent! Now that the hard part is done, its on to the fun part! Thanks for all the help!

ive found a meanwell Mean Well HLG-185H-36B /5.2 a
i calculate something like f 10 cobs at 520 ma and ive got around 30000lm at 187 w/im right?
or Mean Well HLG-240H-36B 6.7 А better ?i wanna dim it/its possible&?
if no please help choose the right one with lower amp
