co2 help grow help

Hello im new to this thread and all around growing i am a medicinal patient looking for some advice, right now i have grow room that is 15*10 feet so 150sq ft im running 2 600watt HPS and 1 400watt MH with an extra 600watt HPS i can set up i have a 473cfm fan hooked up to a carbon filter which right now is running 24/7 to monitor humidity the temp is steady around 80 and humidity levels are between 40-50%, recently a bought a co2 set up with a ppm-2a controller a 20lb tank solenoid and hose to disperse i have the timer so the co2 only comes on during day light hours and im in the middle of sealing my room with silicon to make it air tight as well is a controller i can run a patch cable to shut off my fans when th co2 comes on my issues right now are how often should i be running my fans and advice for co2 and a good controller and mine is broke bought the co2 set up used and the controller wont calibrate so im looking for a new one one that i can shut off my fans auto when the co2 goes below 1200ppm and it kicks on any advice or comments would be great pics can be shown

You shouldn't be running fans at all while running co2 or you'll be going through tanks faster then what its worth. That room should be sealed 100%....maybe 99%
To run co2 efficiently you need to get yourself a dehumidifier and an ac unit, no venting while the lights are on.

But if your willing to waste all that co2 growzone makes a controller that has those features, I have been running one for 2-3 years flawlessly.

so how do you run yours whats the model of your contoller

Why on earth someone new to growing using co2, is beyond me sorry. I've Ben growing many years without it and have no complaints. Maybe learn to grow first and then add in co2

I have a couple of those grozones and an industrial co2 sensor wired into a custom made automation system. My setup is a bit complex then standard systems but mine is a combo of generators and tanks. I run generators mainly and I have it setup so they both turn on when the lights come on then throughout the day they turn on when the setpoint is exceeded by 200ppms and the temp decides which device I'm running, if my room temp is at or below setpoint the generators come on, if the room is warm and above ambient setpoint the tank turns on when co2 is needed. If the room is below 1000ppms they both turn on, it runs like this until 30min or so before lights out then the co2 is shut down for the night. The plants use up the remainder of co2 that's in the room then the lights shut down and that's when the room is vented. While the lights are off I use the exhaust fan to control humidity, if the fan isn't triggered for a vent within 4 hours during lights off then it turns on for 4 minutes unless the temps are effected then it shuts off before the timer finishes.
I never vent during lights on unless my temps hit 82 or 84(can't remember,might be higher).

off topic: but setting that timer is fucking insane, WHY!! would they make it like that.

at first I was like two knobs, set on/off toggle EZ-PZ but no....you basically need to arm a ballistic missile to set on and off.

I used co2 on my first grow to . but had friends to talk to for help . so I had a good idea what the fuck I was doing lol . this guy needs to dump the bottle in that size room get a co2 burner . but first buy a ac unit an dehumidifier then later the co2 . if you can control your environment you cant use co2 .
