clumps of pistils on 15 hours+ of daylight?

today i noticed the clumps of pistils associated with flowering, also noticed what seems to be the start of trichome production, i assumed i was in the safe zone for outdoor veg? anyone have any idea. im assuming its strain dependant and each has their own internal clock wich tells the plant what to do at what time. the strains i noticed doing this were my blue dream and kosher tangie. anyone have a similar experience to this?

i have herd you have to be carefull putting clones out to early because the short day light hours in spring can trigger flower

Yea strain dependent like he said above.

Ive had some do it and some not..

Put a rooted cutting from one in heavy flower that was jst going back to vegg outside last week.
Its got new shoots all over from where the pistils were..
So yea it jst depends man.. Always the risk od that happening

Honestly without a good close up of what you're talking about I'd have to say that I'm not even sure that those are starting to flower.

I agree with Joe.....need a much better pic of what you are interpreting. I had/have 2 WW clones that had pre-flower pistils showing almost the entire veg.....and nothing is wrong with that all !!

They show as 2 hairs coming out of each caylex on both sides of a node. You are correct on light schedule "right now"....should be veg BUT if you had them outside before mid-May it could have triggered the bloom cycle.

Need a close up of the top of the plant.

The 2 clones I was referring to are in darkness and being harvested tomorrow.
Here's a peek at the girls from 2 days ago :)

Thank for the pics.....I tend to agree with you...pistils at the top,,,,see some trichs on the leaves.
Unless it's an auto flower...(which you can't control)...it appears at some point in the plants life, she was exposed to less than 12 hrs light and went into bloom mode. The plant can re-veg but will take some time to change back. Many feel when this occurs there is a strong possibility it will "hermi" on you.
The plant is a good size and healthy looking....if you have indoor lights an option might be to put her into bloom now. Otherwise give her love and hope for the best. In a few weeks the light outdoors will change to bloom mode anyway. If you keep a grow journal.....see if you can locate what might have happened. Your plant will be very confused jumping back and forth which can stunt its growth and lower the yield.
I'm sure other opinions will be coming......see what they have to say.

Good Luck !!

Did you adjust the lights before putting them out? Last grow I brought the lights to 18 then out them out at 15 with no issues.
I'm currently growing 2 blue dreams and did the same things putting them out at 15 with no issues.
When I was new to growing outside I would just throw them out after being under 24 hour lighting.
My indicas never went into flower but any sativa doms would. And blue dream is very sativa dom in genetics tho if it's from hso there are 3 different phenos.
Everyone also told me to not put out clones too early as well...I have 1 clone that is sativa dom and it didn't flower when I put it out with the rest.
Btw...you should have posted this in the outdoor section. Too many indoor growers in here and you will get a lot of mixed answers.
And yes she will flower til the days get longer and reveg. Like previously said you will lose time and overall yield.

so realistically if she goes into flower due to the lighting , wouldn't she go back to veg instantly since the days are almost exceeding 15+ regardless thats the part i dont understand. because ive had them outside for a while now so im thinking light transition to outdoors wasnt the cause.

Jst the movement can cause shock and yea thats what happens sometimes.
And if you dont get alot of direct sunlight it notices That too and can be a shock as well also caising it to want to repopulate and if the genes are good it wont drop balls. jst flowers.

So many possibilities..

I put one out that was a cutting that was barely going back from heavy flower..
It vegged..
Not gunna say it will happen again lol

I have vegged cutting often from flowering plants.....I use 24hr light though

seems more mutants from flowering clones though and success rate less

I have an AK-48 I didn't know was an auto until clones showing hairs.....they never been outside 24hr light!

I learned recently that if you stick a flowering male in your veg cabinet (too collect pollen) it will cause clones to grow white hairs and even make tiny seeds....just pinched em off when topping so no big deal but was surprised at the quick reaction by the females in the presence of a flowering male
