In theory that should work, but I think soil beasties would claim it before success.. The culture method adds sterility to the game since it can take so long to undifferentiate non-meristematic tissue..
All plant cells 'can' be redifferentiated.. Feasible success is the question.. Might be a good idea to apply some tissue culture cloning principles since it can take a huge amount of time with certain older cells..
24 pages no pics of his magic leaf weed. I'm no botanist but me thinks we been had.
I wonder if you could clone a leaf by air layering it on soil for a month or 2 then once roots form, cut it off and plant it.

has anyone ever put a branch of the plant in soil and got it to make its own roots from the tip ?
ARE YOU ALL SMOKING CRACK??????
oR WHAT?
*COUGH*
because there smart ass bastards and if they haven't heard of it it must be wrong 90% of the idiots on hear have never seen a weed plant never mind growing one I'm gonna give it a bash tizz only a bit of clonex and a root riot plug thingjust before I go to bed..Why are people so unwilling to believe a quite normal natural occurence on the basis that they havent heard of it? Apparently people believed the world was flat you know!!
i had a plant that had 3 sets of nodes it was a nemesis from seedsman seeds. i asked a question about it and no one knew what the fuck i was talking about. If it does work, cool! But why would you do that when you could take a cutting with nodes that will develop quicker? Thats like starting a fire with two sticks when you got a lighter in your pocket??? Doesn't make sense.
I've had a plant grow some nugs along the stem of a fan leaf up to where the blades started. This tripped me out. But it proves shit can grow there. (sorry no pics)
I did some research and found that certain strains will do this. In the Mandala web-site they talk about this as well as new sets of leaves, coming out in 3's instead of opposite sides. (got that pic)
If this is true, how long does it take to grow out 3 sets of nodes?
Sorry all posted this prematurely! Page 8 or 9. I think with the right growth hormones this could happen, just like born2kill says. I heard my biology teacher say his wife and him go to home depot and she takes a small cutting from a plant she likes there, brings it home, puts it in hormones and grows a new plant. Why couldnt you do it with the right growth hormones?
