Cutting the leaf tips don’t do anything but hinder the rooting time.
As Bob said, ditch the heat pad and raise lights

Rooting clones only need low intensity light.

If using RW or Plugs, a tray with a dome & a little misting is all you need for humidity.
IMHO, If you want easy, consistent cloning, I would suggest an aero cloner,
Take cuts, fill cloner with tap water, plug in & come back in 10 - 14 days

Yip definitely need patience I just want to make sure I got it all right right I need to do some more next week before I put that clone on 12.12 I only had two to start with but I've got a whole lot of plants coming up to which I know more about how to deal with but yeah clones are a easier start and grow alot faster once rooted so yeah thanks

Really cause I've heard 24.7 is better
