I'm going to use jiffys next time and put them in proper seed pots I kind of done these ones wrong cause I couldn't fit the medium in the pot things I had they went straight to the bottom which made it hard to remove them so I just used plastic things I cleaned out and put holes in bottom everything is clean and sanitised I even wash my hands before I touch the dome with sanitizer

You soaked the cubes in water pHd to 5.5?

Here's a tip (no pun) but you need to snip the tips of the leaves you left some out it helps slow the transpiring process...don't be afraid

You don't see any roots ? I doubt it there are but I'm running threw a checklist of what could be wrong

Did you soak the Rockwool in water that's pHd to 5.5?

Next thing what kind of dome are you using (looks very small)...is it touching the leaves or do the leaves have enough room

Raise lights to 16" or so
Lose the heat pads, they are for germinating seeds
Rapid/ Jiffy plugs are easier

EDIT: Aero cloner for the win, easiest/most reliable IMHO
He would have better look with the heating pad and even at 16 inches that's to close
