Last time I had skunk was 1996-7, was super skunk or at least thats what my buddies dad called it. $50 a cut nice buds and tasted and smelled just like skunk but honestly it wouldn't have held up to even a mid level 15-18% strain these days.

its more of a reminder of what weed use to really be. to me atleast skunk is just a gem I don't care that much for the thc bc people just care about getting high and if u grow a plant good they wont care.

Not to stir up a new topic, but I've come to believe that some of those old skunks were just earlier versions of Chemdog or "kind bud". Well, vice versa. Chemdog likely came from some exceptional skunk bud. I haven't grown all the chem cuts yet, but the ones I have grown out, have that familiar pungent skunkiness from the 80s.

any time I had skunk I had to do more than double bag lol I had to triple that shit then seal it with a food saver a few hours it will leak thru and just reek. if u wanted to sell some u had to do it fast...

Closest thing I've ever had to skunk that wasn't actually a skunk strain was a freebie OG 18 over 10 years ago. My wife said it was like a skunk pissed in your mouth. That's one of the handful of strains I kick myself in the ass for not keeping.

yea no joke I had to switch out clothes and take a long shower and I still smell a little bit. I was known as a literal skunk for a while that was fun people knew too. most people didn't give a shit back then but narcs u don't wanna fuck around with. this was when I was still living with my ma she even knew we needed the money. money was hard 14 years ago did things im not proud of but I had to feed myself and my mother. I still love her to this day I would like to see her but with this Rona shit going on I don't even wanna. shes 62 now. but how my life has changed for the better tho
