Cuz if you do , that might be some mold.

No not ammonia at all. It's a weird bitter chemical smell.

Did you flush? Did you use organic nutrients or synthetic nutrients during your grow?

I get where you might smell tomato stem, the plants are kind of related.
I didn't flush but I only used ph'd water the last 12 days. I used general hydroponics flora series nutes.

I agree with budzbuddha some of those tops look suspicious. I would ccheck those tops with the dead yellow leaves just to make sure

You could have bud rot.

Look for mould/bud rot where the dead yellow leaves go into your buds right next to the stalk

99.9% sure it's bud rot.
I would remove all those brown affected buds ASAP.

They were probably rotted before you flushed
More pics. It still has a bitter smell today but kinda more like a bitter grapefruit smell. I cracked open one of the browner looking buds to get some pics.
