At least 2-3 weeks, those plants have tons of fresh growth still. They are still trying to grow new bud mass for you.
After that ends, the hairs will shrink back towards the buds, and the buds will keep swelling internally for another 1-3 weeks. Tons of newer growers miss out on this because they are so excited to just chop the plant. You shouldn't even be thinking about trichomes or chopping the plant until 90% or more of the hairs have turned and shrunk.
