I personally would give those about 7-10 more days.

Sounds like broscience. Some people put their plants in darkness for 2-7 days before harvest.... I dont see the point; but i dont have a commercial size facility to do proper size experiments on and get results i can stand behind.
Yup. one week would do it, but two wouldnt cause any harm.

Are they at least in the harvest window? I leave town in 13 days and want time to dry so if its a bit early im not too worried as long as its in the harvest window and it still gets me stoned, would it be much harm to cut em today or tomorrow? Ive heard drying can take up to 10+ days and i dont want them to still be drying when i have to leave town
Your in the window but the very very start of the window, it will be real heady high right now. Its just based on the way the buds look... I can look all over a plant and find clear, cloudy, and amber spots.... Like when you give a girl some roses, do you buy ones that are just buds or ones that have fully opened? Weed is a flower... it looks a certain way when its done.
