I couldnt find much info on this strain and was skeptical when i first started it but it quickly became a favorite for me. I got 1fem seed last year on attitudes ufo promo along with some great others. This was done in a waterfarm 35day veg 400wmh, 57days in flower under 1000 hps nothing special in the nute department some flora nova bloom for base and some other additives in the pic below. This pheno is a slow grower not too much stretch in flower, this plant was not topped just a few well placed strings. It def is sturdy never had to support the branches once. The quality of this bud blew me away i was expecting somthing toward a rocklock type bud not bad but not great. But fuck that it stands out in the room even next to my buddha tahoe and my pineapple express. It is def a contender, I see attitude and CH9 giving these things out like candy so thers got to be some other growers out there like me who didnt know what they were missing. Carbon filter recomended old dude i got growing has a 5 ounce plant of this shit in a waterfarm and you can smell it from the street not good if you live in a non friendly state. Only thing the smell reminds me of sour diesel as soon as i harvested the whole house smelled of diesel for days, and when cured for a few months the smoke is very pungent taste like it smells just skunky but diesely, everyone else fell in love with too. Yeah i looked around for a while not too many good discriptions on it, seen a few impressive phenos nerver heard too much more about them though. I grew out a green bud that was from CH9 also and it turned out to be awesome, tasted and smelled like sour skittles it was addictive to smoke. The pheno i got was a really slow grower in veg and didnt like hydro at all but in some super soil and damn only seen one other plant produce as much trichomes that early on and that was a chocolope a few years back. Here is a few pics of my green bud dont have many pics, got deleated so only have a few shots but they prove that CH9 is worthy in my room.

weird! my CH9 jack didn't stink. maybe because my room got up to 80 degrees. it also wasn't particularly stony as expected either. it was a real nice mid buzz with hints of fruit unless somehow it's label got switched. i bought a second one to take better notes as i was all hard about sweet haze, jack's cleaner 2, the speed of budding from sativa trans-love and the sexy odor from sour cream.
i saw a lot of people claiming CH9 is all hermies, but i didn't get any, and it sounds like you didn't either. the buzz i got was some body thump, but was more about euphoria than couchlock. i thought it might make a better breeder with haze type strains than skunk #1 & NL#5 etc. because the buzz was functional. your room might have been colder. i think cold air raises odor levels without looking it up. it always seemed like my LSD was stinkiest the nights my room was the coldest.
we'll see what happens with my CH9 jack & jack 33.

Your def right about the buzz sounds similare, nothing to brag about but really comfortable really even, no comedown in an hour if you want to you can smoke more or just chill. I had no herm issue thats partially why i posted i havnt seen alot of pics, but heard a bunch of shit talked about CH9, but thats normal now a days a bunch of pissed off jealouse people just trying to drag other people to there level just becuase they cant grow, rediculouse. I ran green bud from them and jack and have a blue lemon thai from them that im about to pop, and are in line to be breede with my cali crush haze funny that you mention the haze strains. But great minds think alike haha, and as far as temps go your right colder temps are better for the terpens in the trichomes leading to better taste and aroma and thats when the colors come out but it doesnt take as much as you think. Say during the day in your room at peak temp hits 80 and at night you get down to 60 thats all you need the key to bring out the full taste and smell and color of any strain is flush flush flush flush flush i cant stress that enought just flushing for 2 weeks will bring out colors even if your room is 90. Most people dont flush long enough, thats why the colors smell and taste come out more in my strains. If you rub the stem of a plant in flowering it smells really good and is usually sticky after flushing for 2 weeks or more thats gone, the buds when flushing act as a sponge and soak up all the terpens the plant has to offer. That is something i didnt relize for years i used to just flush for like 8 or 10 days not knowing that just another 5 days would bring out so many more characteristics and its one of the most important parts of growing. Here is a few pics of what im talking about. First is sour cream,DNA second is pineapple express,G13 Labs third is Buddha Tahoe OG,Cali Conn no special temps low 60s at night and low 80s at peak daytime just flushed for over 2 weeks thats it the rest is the strain and pheno if it has purp or burgandy it will come out in the flush if not they will just flush out yellow but taste and smell matter more than colore purps look cool and taste unique but thats about it.

what did you think of the sour cream? even under sodium, i thought i was one of the most delicious strains ever. even though it has about the same buzz as skunk #1, masterkush & blueberry, to me it walks all over blueberry in the flavor department in part because i just don't like the taste of most bitter berries in general, but also because the flavor was so much more intense and authentic.
i tell you, if you want a haze experience, you can do far worse than sweet haze, haze x skunk, 8 miles high & jack's cleaner 2.
BTW, i'm bookmarking this page for future STFU ammoi against all the trolls who question anything i have to say about any strain i've grown. i too think that a lot of it is jealousy (and i've NEVER been one to ever say "you're just jealous" probably because i don't feel jealousy much myself) because whoever is only growing inferior schwag appeal strains where i almost exclusively look for strains that get you high, and have to roll the dice on many like, oh, my 4 favorites, because it's so hard getting good smoke reports on any of the good stuff.
maybe you just got a skunk pheno jack and i got an NL#5 or something (without looking the pedigree up) that had lower odor, or room temps played a part too. i wasn't getting cold nights in the little room either and with absolutely no heat use at all, my livingroom never dropped below 75 degrees because i couldn't get any airflow what with nosy effing neighbors poking my blinds to look in my apartment. i fucking hate neighbors! wherever you go, everyone's an asshole it seems.

I agree with you man 100%. To answer that sour cream? Love it man its been in rotation for over 2 1/2 years now, and not one problem. When dried and cured properly it reminds me of country time lemonade but sooo sweet not bitter. Buzz is nothing impressive but if you have stomach ulcers its a life saver especially in the morning since its not a deep powerful buzz its perfect for morning stomach problems. I ordered a fem pack back in 2010, and have been growing the same clone since. But even from a seed it was all lemons that shit was nice. Iv even crossed this with a chocolope a couple years back, crazy stretch and high yeilder got almost 10ounces in one waterfarm. I love sour cream got one seed left, about to pop it hopefully i saved the best for last. I feel you on the neighbors situation, I just got out of that type of problem. Now all i can see is snow and trees i love the backwoods, i now get my plant and drinking water from a fresh water spring that comes straight out the ground, and test on a regular basis of 15ppm, the plants love this shit never seen them respond so well. I had to live and grow in a suburban house the past couple years and that was a bitch, the neighbors are lookin at every bag thats going in and out of the house. And sice there sending 60yr women to jail for 30days for a joint roach where i live i feel you on trying to keep it a secret. Luckily purp colors dont make the weed any stronger so dont worry about the temps your fine.
Xeno, dont fall for it man. The longest he has ever taken a strain was 5 weeks and he cut it down and smoked the leaves.
He gives smoke reports on "bud trim". He has no idea what it is to grow a plant.
He goes around reading other people's smoke reports/grow reports then acts like he did it and he has no idea what it smokes like, smells like, tastes like, etc....
Just like above... his pheno must have been the NL5 pheno because it had no smell... Considering he cut it down before it even started making buds I would be suprised if it did have a smell.
I hear you althor and canna_420 thats funny, iv got friends the same way but if you keep drilling it into there heads it will eventually click, plus thats the whole point of posting iv been quiet for too many years, letting too many people spread bullshit lies about genetics and strain info, because they cant grow. Anybody that has the interest in growing is worth it one more grower is better than one less regardless of quality or quantity, but thanks for the heads up have seen too many shitty reviews if somebody wants to steal my ideas they can have them its the internet go for it.

So what are you saying different than what I said. We see the pictures. That is when you smoked them. Everyone who grows/smokes MJ knows those arent even beginning to be ready and you smoked them. They are so far from ready that you really dont have a clue what they would end up being like. MJ changes so much over the last 2-3 weeks of ripening. Considering the strains you attempt to grow are 12-14-16 weeks strains you arent even making it 1/4 of the way through. Meaning you have no idea what the strain is going to be like.
When/if you ever finally complete 1 single grow you will understand so much of what you think you understand. Until then you are just clueless.

dang ure lucky Xenos87. i had a CH9 aroma and it was a straight up hermie/male from the first pre-flower on. i was pissed off. wasted a ton of time on that. clones were crap too.
now im skeptical on planting my Bubba Kush 33 from my exp. im glad to see there is a chance maybe if yours worked out w/o nanners!

Damn dude that sucks, and since it was a straight herm/male that leaves grower error out of the equation thats def a waste of time, but thats the name of the game sometimes, its like we were saying over on the P.E. thread, most of the time breeders plant 100s if not 1000s to get there keeper. Both the CH9 freebies that iv grown are awsome and i cant complain. And I still have a Blue lemon Thai that im gowing to start here soon, that was also a freebie from attitude and CH9, every freebie that iv gotten from them has been on point over the years. Not one banana yet even uder my stress tests with over ferts/under fert and spidermites from hydro to all organic soil and nothing it still grows and reacts the same even under the spidermite test, it even resisted them to a point unlike some of the other strains iv tested.
