I´ve heard about cfl being different strenght,
is there any way to tweak em to level 3 or
is that only possible for the manufacturers of the bulbs?

there is no way to personally "tweak" a cfl bulb. just buy better bulbs. also just what do you mean by level 3 anyway?

I read sum tutorial on cfl´s and the writer wrote that fluorescent had different strengths but didn´t bother to explain it any further and I thought that it was maybe, just maybe possible to tweak´em. But, I guess not..

I´ll see if I can find the text for U.

It's not going to multiply without multiplying the energy input.

Higher wattage CFLs, that is over 100W, are lower in efficiency compared to even 13 watt bulbs to 100 watt bulbs. 200W CFLs are around 50 lm/W. A 13W CFL is 69 lm/W.

Haha touche man..

Anyhow, I don't know if I'd try to tweak them just because they contain mercury. I'd hate to have one of those things malfunction and poison all my plants and perhaps even me. I dunno though, I'm interested to see this link.. It sounds like it could be pretty interesting. My advice for now though, just buy the wattage you think you'll need and don't mess with the CFLs.
