CFL Light ?

So i have built my grow cab out of an old book case and need lighting. Im starting small so i don't need anything major. I found some 625w cfl lights, could i use one for veg and one for bloom for 5 plants?

Bookcase is 3'x3' (guestimate)

damn 625? where did you find those? im not 100 percent sure but i would use both as 600w flouro wouldnt put out as many lumens as a 600w hid. as a test i would go with both and see how they do but 5 plants are going to want alot of light. good luck keep me posted

did you really mean 625 watt cfl bulb? if so please post a link to where i can buy one of those monsters. or did you mean to say 6, 25 watt bulbs? just trying to be clear. but yeah if there really is a 625 watt cfl, post link. i'm a medical/cfl indoor grower. thanks so much.

IMHO if its a 625 watt 5000K - 6500K cfl bulb (Daylight, Full Spectrum, Cool White) that might be good enough for your grow space and 5 plants for the veg stage/clone/seedlings, my first question is how many lumens is it putting out? now for flower you will have to find a 625 watt 2700K bulb (Warm White or Soft White). but remember the plants will grow fast. you might switch from veg cycle (18 on/ 6 off) to Flower (12 on/12 off) faster then you think. just make sure they are at least two weeks old minimum before flower. i've got a veg box half your boxes size so i know how it is.

There ain't no 625W CFL's, we can be pretty sure of that I think.
