I know your whole post was a joke, but I do have a Temple group with 4,000 people in it, people from India post there all the time, and I get over 100 likes on some posts. I just have to finish my lawsuit against the Cities that violated my Religion and had to drop their cases, and I will have plenty of money to actually create a Temple.

The whole post was not a joke. I goof around a lot, but I think your temple building is a great idea. I will help you if I can. Let me know if you need anything specific, otherwise I'm here following your progress Fin, like I always have.

And just btw, everyone should be nice to Judges, they aren't the Police and aren't there for the Police. I even go on Facebook and message hundreds of Federal and State Judges, just to help them drop cases they wouldn't otherwise know they should drop.

Bounds V Smith states that even the most dedicated Trial judges are bound to overlook Meritorious cases without the benefit of an adversary presentation. They are people too and they don't read much Case Law that isn't brought before them.

And also, Merits in a case are determined by Rights that went unobserved by a Party.

As an example, Donald Trump says that the Judge in his case is Mexican and therefor can't rule on the case because there is a conflict of interest. But if you are racist against your Judge and say something mean to them in the court room, you can't say that they have a conflict of interest, that's your fault. But in Donald Trump's case, if he could somehow point to a benefit the Judge gets in trade between Mexico and America, or the Judge being Anti-Trump or Anti-Wall, those are Conflicts of Interest and therefor Merits. But instead he basically said "He's Mexican and I'm racist". Lol

It would be. Just look up Conflict of Interest Supreme Court Cases and you can read about it. And there are rules for getting a new Federal Judge that say that if they somehow benefit or can be harmed by the decision in a case they can't decide on it, and since he is running for president and saying he will build a wall, the case could hurt his campaign, so if the judge would somehow benefit from that, it's a Merit. But the judge even said he will wait until the election is over, so there are no Merits in his case.
