A couple things...First, lower the ph of your water 6.5 is too high...aim for 6 which gives you some wiggle room.
Second..if you're using a 1000 watt light
to begin with avoid solo cups altogether as they can be finicky if you're not on top of them..Third, I would add more perlite or vermiculite..will light your soil and give you a little more forgiving medium should you over water.

Before you add any nutrients, what kind of promix is it? I know it's not flowering plant mix because that would've caused a nitrogen toxicity. If it's hp I'd do what bernie says. If it's herb & vegetable, be careful, it has enough nutrients to keep your plant going for a month of active growth. The mycorrhizae in the promix will have colonized the roots of your plant by now so root rot is less likely to be an issue.

Those pics do look overwatered. The 600w MH can be 3 or 4 ft away I guess. You could try something like this if you have a gram scale. Since they are wet now, weigh them and write the weight on the cup. Weigh each once a day until weight goes down 60g which is 2 shotglass worth of water. Bu looks of it you are at least that wet. Water only 1 shotglass worth. Don't water again until it goes down again another 30g. This can take 2 to 7 days.
I fed them last night didn’t get ahold of any microbes yet tho
