I think it's only down one floor, but the comments are pretty funny. He was going to hit it with a stick with a blade on it so either that or he has a very long stick.

ummm you need to destroy the plant and forget about this. she doesn't look like she's in good shape anyways...especially for 6 months. seems like you're not in a legal state so i'd consider yourself lucky and get outta' this while you can.

I'd get a real long stick, duct tape a pruning saw to it, hang over the edge and saw the plant down, leaving the pail and soil down there and use a rope to bring the plant up by itself.

That way, next year, you can just toss some seeds from your balcony into the bucket and harvest the same way next year.

Plausible deniability.

If you're willing to cut it, just lasso the damn thing. If the pot and dirtball fall off, who care's.

The rope has become loose from the pot and I cannot risk picking the plant up from it as it can slip off the smallroof right down to the gate
I have decided to lasso the stem and pick my plant up
My question is :
Will the stem hold the pot while I lasso and pick up the plant from the stem or the plant will uproot dropping the pot below..I've uploaded a picture as an Example only
