Cant figure this one out

Been growing a while but never had an issue like this before. I've tried changing soils, I've tried cal mag and micro nutes... Etc. Never had this issue until I moved into my new place and started growing in the basement. Often times when I move them upstairs to my flowering tent they revive and do much better. The basement is old and has moisture.

Brown spots and yellowing of leaves. Often the whole plant will be yellow. Not all, but some will go green again when brought upstairs into the flowering tent.

Please help!

It's probably worth noting that I checked the roots and some of the root system was not the usual nice white I'm used to. Many of the fatter roots were yellow and a little tinge of brown

You're really going to have to provide a lot more details if you want anyone to be able to help you. What are the temperature and humidity conditions in the basement grow area? If things grow better upstairs, than they do downstairs, then I would suspect air quality issues, humidity issues, and/or mold/fungus infestation.

What about lights-off temperature/humidity? Medium you're growing in? Nutrients you're using? pH of the nutrient/water mixture you're using?

Lights are on 24/7. Using soil. GH flora series. PH of 6.3

Are the pots sitting on a cold concrete floor? And they look too wet.

Cold roots + wet soil = bad.

It looks like a phosphorus deficiency. Hearing that it's in a basement leads me to think it's having a difficult time absorbing phosphorus from the soil due to the cold, also if the soil is too wet (kinda looks it from the pic) or too alkaline, the same problems will occur.

Okay thanks guys. It's actually sitting on a wood floor but they might be cold still too. The soil was staying quite wet for long periods of time. Ahh finally something to work with. All I was getting from every one on Facebook was just.. Use cal mag.. Get better soil... I use the same soil upstairs and everything is fine in that tent

Okay well I've brought the seedlings upstairs now.. A few were still looking good but they are all screwed now. In the pic I posted you can see the small fuqqed up one from the basement. The rest are fine. The bigger ones are actually 4 or 5 days younger too. Same soil.. Same feedings.. Same everything. Basement tent has a 400 watt MH and upstairs has a big CFL. What the fuuuuu...

I wouldnt say its a deficiency, they would leave marks but wouldnt completly burn down a leaf. My best bet would be Root rotting or pH issue

My first reaction was phosphorus too, either deficiency or lockout but that's based off the first photo with the gray colored damage on the leaf. I also have issues in the winter with cold temps growing in the basement. You mentioned the roots are turning brown, how's the drainage on your container? You could try flushing the soil with a nutrient solution containing a little h202 but you need to make sure you have decient drainage so your medium doesn't remain water logged.

Here is a closer picture. I have tried putting shtloads of perlite in and working on drainage but this keeps happening. These plants are in seed starter. Upstairs doing good.. Basement not. Temps down there are fine. This sucks because I need to move all my stuff down for summer because it's too hot up here. Our basement often smells like sewage though.. When it's melting outside. The house is an old piece of crap. I know that can cause health problems to people.. Can it effect plants? Humidity is also fine down there.

So I finally found my solution! Bet youde never guess what it was!

Well last time I was in there my bulb.. 400w MH was giving off a weird smell. And then it died a week later. After I switched out the bulb all was fine. Idk wtf man! But my plants are doing great now. The bulb I put in isn't near as bright either.
