Can you veg with a T5 110watt ??

Australian east coast early feb.
So i planted a green crack seed outdoors in a large pot by humboldt Org. I started it abit late and she's abit small, i have noticed a few small hairs well before i want it to flower along with my other girls that are ready to bloom on the other hand.. im wondering if it will re-veg if i move the plant indoors for a month under a 110watt t5 6400k seedling/cloning light , and then back outdoors into the colder months when it's abit bigger. I know the buds won't be as heavy if they grow during the colder months but will the plant yield more in overall total if I re-veg..? help

It would/ could work but would require alot of training.

T5s dont have much penetrating power, so your gonna want to flatten the plant out, make it more bushy, this way allows the t5s to be kept close to the canopy and cover better.

First thing you outta do is take her top off and bend her over, shes gonna like it, trust me.

THIS!!
I veg under 2 big T5s and take fairly extreme measures to get even light. I keep them trained and trim them heavy. I keep the lights down within inches and only raise them as the plants start touching bulbs.
They like the abuse though.

I got it out to do some defoliation and it has has certainly gone back into veg using a 110 w seedling light to start with.
I sprouted this plant late and it was starting to flower outdoors so I moved it indoors with a longer light schedule and flipped it back. I'll have a mars hydro 600w in a few days.
