I dont think so...maybe during the registration process your mmar would stay valid? I'd ask Conroy or Tousaw though if it matters to you.

It is providing you havent moved or such. Once your details change its no longer valid.

With the Old MMAR,,once you got a DG, you gave HIM your papers
.He had you by the short and curly's, Kinda like LP's had at first.,,,they kept yer shit! AND they could DENY YOU MEDS if they FELT like it or FELT you were nasty to them being that you are in pain and sick...they were your keeper..or so it once was..
FUCKERS FORGET FAST!!
Now a DG with the ACMPR has nothing to stand on and has to grow for you and
you can FIRE THEIR ASS when ever you feel like it.

This is nonsense. As a MMAR exempted patient you could designate a grower for you, you did all the paperwork and were in full control on who grew for you.

Speaking from a DG’s point of view, the patient could change DGs very easily. The hardest part was finding a DG that was honest and compassionate. DGs had no power over the licence, as he was only designated by the patient. If the patient was un happy with the DG, they could simply fire them and re designate another to grow for them.you could designate but once set forth THEY'RE IT and changing it was nuts!. you virtually had no control but I guess you forgot the threads HERE AT riu about that
