Right. The acmpr registration cancels out the mmar papers.
since when? when i called HC they said they have no way of cancelling a MMAR license. Kirk T also wrote an article where he said that he has now seen someone with MMAR as well as ACMPR
by the way, where do you get your information from? i had previously asked but didn't get a reply. you had mentioned the sec 56 issued Mar 8 so patients get their full 12 months as wrong information. i am very curious as i am very involved in the Turmel case for the delays

If you have mmar papers and you register under the ACMPR, the ACMPR supersedes the old one. This is stated with the paperwork you receive when you get your ACMPR registration.

And can you tell me how you can be legally allowed to grow meds with an expired prescription? When you send your application to health Canada it is sent with the scipt from your medical practitioner. The script exipers after one year. So technically, after that date, you would be growing medical marijuana without a valid script.

For the record I don't care if anyone grows legally or not, just stating facts.

so the Government issuing the sec 56 does what? i asked where you got your information and you ask me in turn? where is this stated? have you called HC and asked how to cancel MMAR? I have and they told me they have no way to cancel anything from the old program.
your Dr signs for a period of time. now when HC registers you, it's from the date of registration. how does that expire? the Dr isn't signing you from this date to this date. it's for a period of time. they simply put it back to the way it was with registering during the MMAR days...i asked you before and you haven't answered-what was the section 56 issued March 8 2018 about? i understand it is to correct the "back dating" so we get the full time period
call HC and ask how you cancel MMAR licenses. then you will get correct facts
