Looks like a phosphorus deficiency. FFOF is really a hot soil, I used it before and had to use 50/50 w/ promix.
Also, your adding chem nutrients on top of a really good soil. I'd bet that your alkalinity is messed up in the soil.
Ease up on the bottle nutes, give it plain water and see if it resolves.

I knew ffof was hot so i didnt feed any nutes for first 4 weeks. Should i remove the dying fan leaves?

Sounds like your soil pH is way too low. The Fox Farm nutes are probably acidic. Do you have to use pH up to get it to 6.5? Are you using any pH down?

And don't remove any leaves until you get the problem solved first.

My water comes out at around 8. I use ph down to get it to 6.5ish. My run off is always like a point under what i put in.

The pH down could be lowering your soil pH. I'd give them plain 8.0 water, and test the runoff. And stop lowering it to 6.5 for awhile. Feeding a higher pH solution will help bring up the soil pH over time.
