Something 300 cfm and up is what you should look at...prolly around 500 if its sealed. That link didn't work for me on the one you are looking at.

CFM=Cubic Feet per Minute

If you've got about 160 cubic feet and you want to exchange the air every five minutes, then you need a fan with at least (160/5=)32cfm. A 6" CAN (270cfm) sounds like overkill to me but if you need the fan and filter to fit your existing reflector then I guess it would be a reasonable choice. Otherwise, maybe you should look at something like this GrowBright 4" Inline Fan & Carbon Filter Combo which, even including shipping, would be about half the price of the 6" CAN combo and still more than enough capacity.

You will need more than 270...thats what I run with a can 33 filter and its still not enough during the hot months...and I don't have it hooked to a relector...so thats my thoughts.

Man i like that combo but my grow room is in my garage, and it gets hot. My local grow store has 6 Inch In-Line Booster Fan - 25W / 188 CFM for $50. And Can Filter 33 for $110. I think that what im going to do!!!!!.

If its one of those silver metal booster fans...like you can get at home depot...they're shit...it won't be enough at all.....they don't really put out as much as they claim...then if you add resistance it gets worse. Spring for the good stuff, exhaust is not an area of the grow room to skimp on. Do what you like but a 188cfm hooked to a 33(which I have ) isn't gona do much.
