Can someone tell me if this is okay? About 4-5 weeks old

Overall it looks pretty darn good, very healthy, but a little small for 4-5 weeks. A couple observations, it could be lighting, or the camera, but it is very dark green and the leaves are a little puffy. You might want to cut back just a bit on the N and water. If you're growing in coco, disregard the water advice. But really, there's no nute burn, so it's nothing to be too concerned about.

These plants are 5 weeks veg from seed.

You plant looks to be suffering from too much Nitrogen and possible too intense light. Also what are the genetics?
