Hi guys! Im trying to keep this short I really need some suggestions and help.

1. I wet trimmed my small auto plant that yielded about 20 grams wet trim and I fresh frozed it
2. I bought a mini camping washing machines a Mesko adl-ms 8053
3. I put ice on the bottom the fresh frozen trim water and them ice again washed it for about 2-3 mins I got some hash but i was verry green and full of plant material
4. the last wash was 30 mins little to no hash because the water got to 10 celsius I ran out of ice I wasted too much
5. I use a 3 bag kit 220/73/25 micron bags
6. The trim was in the freezer until it got totally frozen about a day some say for a fews weeks but that makes no sense to me tbh maybe Im wrong

What did I do wrong (I know ehat I did wrong it the wash) Should I seitch to 5 bag kit? How much water to ice ratio should I use? Also any duggestions to have good quality hash? ai messed up do I made canna butter instead but this was a small harvest 2 more wekks for my bigger harvest where I expect about halt pound+1-2 ounces. All help is welcomed!!!

Was the green hash in the 25 bag? You really shouldn’t be getting much plant matter in the final bag. That’s supposed to be filtered out already. It’s not that complicated so I wonder if maybe they are just poor bags. I doubt your ice ratio was causing the problems. I think you called it right. Use it for edibles and get a different bag set maybe? I’ve had good luck with bubble bag dude bags fwiw. Also I wouldn’t bother with fan leaves. They add lots of green and from what I can tell not much else.

I used trim and a few small buds it was fresh frozen. And yea the 73 and 25 had plant material as well. I mean maybe 229 is not enought to filter out the green stuff maybe I should get 5 bags kit.

I would expect it in the 229. Definitely not in the 25 though. It really doesn’t sound like you did anything wrong that would cause that. I haven’t done bubble hash that many times, but I do more or less the same thing, and have never seen that. The only real difference is I don’t use a washing machine. I hand stir in 5 gallon buckets like us commoners do :)

Maybe too little water? The ice is only to keep water cold. If you hear heavy ice chunks banging in washer, it’s too rough on buds and knocks off plant matter. Short washes are best but more ice needed. Watch frenchy and dank duchess on you tube.
it has to be cold environment when washing too. If too warm, the resin sticks to screen preventing contaminant flow through.
I had green in my 25 once. Hosed down hash in screen and let fully drain a few times. Helped a bit.
I read that you have to get buds into freezer within two hours of harvest and minimum two hours in freezer

I bet that washing machine and ice beat the fuck out of your trim which is mostly plant material not trichomes..... did you was the buds or just trim? Trim is more delicate that buds already and if your froze them then you increased that. I usually wash fresh trim right away, let the cold water freeze the trichs and then I hand stir. Buds, u can beat up more and not get all the plant material as you would with trim. But the 220 should catch most of that. If your only using a 73 bag after your 220 bag then a lot of plant material that usually is caught between 190 and 160 (with trim) was caught in your 73 bag, and the 25 bag is catching all the bits and pieces of plant material and possibly immature trichs
