Can I Reverse the Damage Already Done

i started out my grow using one 125 watt light for two plants. today i am going to get a 400 watt hps. right now my plants are flowering and in there 5th week but the plant doesnt have bud but it has white pistils. If i get my new light should i just keep it flowering or should i switch back to veg. btw i have two northern lights #5..

Depends, do you have clones? Or is this it?

Keep flowering. It would be worse to switch back to veg. 125 watt might not have been enough light for the plant which is why you don't see much at 5 weeks but you should still be able to get some smokable after letting it fully mature.

all i have is the clones. i got them from a friend.
