Just got home and Day 1 of re potting and she's already perked up way more from yesterday still a tad droop but I did pull the fan leaves down a little few weeks ago to make room for the lower bud branches to absorb the sun light... Probably a stupid idea lmao... 100% think this was about to be a root bound issue but got there just in time, there's no way she would of perked up like this 24 hours later if it was anything different in my opinion anyways lol
Shes has perked up, yay. It's ok to pull or bend leaves. During flower I crisscross my fan leaves together to allow for more light entry. Looking good, happy growing! :weed:

What do you mean crisscross your fan leaves? One of my friends said I should take them off but I'm sure I read up they bring the main source of energy to the plant should I start to take some of the lower leaves off

My bad didn't see this. That's more of an indoor thing to let the light penetrate to the lower leaves. I cross them over each other (where the stem meets the fan leaf.) I defoliate too but crossing them let's me leave much more fan leaves on and still get more light down below. Outdoors you wouldn't do that because you have naturally powerful sunshine :leaf: Yes, removing the lower leaves will make her focus more up top.

Quick question I keep being told by indoor growers that I should remove leaves now like the fan leaves but aren't they what bring in the most source of energy to her? Unsure weather to start taking leaves off now

I think outdoors it’s really more of a personal preference. It does increase yields if you do it right and don’t shock her. You could open her up a bit if you wanted. If anything defoliate around the bottom, and only lightly up top. Not too much at once either or she will respond badly. I never defoliate more than every 2 weeks and minimum clipping when I do. But I defoliate all throughout too so it just depends what you’re end goal is. They do use the fan leaves but they have plenty. I’ve played around a lot with extreme defoliation. Went looking for a pic with good example of how I criss cross the leaves and happens to be a plant I did extreme defoliation on as well, with great results! This is early in flower but she produced amazingly well after having a rough spell and extreme defoliation. If you look closely at the leaves pointing down, that is not natural or anything wrong..they are just crossed over each other. Stresses em less then bending. Bending and tucking is not bad though either, a little stress is always good, she will produce more resin.

Thank you for your reply. Yeah I'm going to take off a few leaves every week nothing majour maybe 4 leaves a time hahaha probally pointless but keeps me at ease... Right I know I'm going to bore you again lol but I need to know why the hairs on my girl are turning brown/orange colour already! I'm sure it's way to early they only normally go brown when the bud is mature... I've added some pics not great but I don't know if I should be worried sorry for another question that probally is nothing to worry about

Yvw!! (: I am enjoying watching her grow, so thank you. I am not bored at all, lol, we've became fast friends.

It's good to start slow with defoliation when you're new, learn as you go. Otherwise it can backfire and thats no fun. Do some research on it. It's perfectly safe to take up to 20% ish but again, I don't recommend that at first. Most seem to go overboard when they try..

I looked at the pics and - she's still a bit droopy. Whats the weather currently like there, and how much is she drinking now? Those roots are going to shoot out, they were healthy.. and will be thirsty. As far as flowering, that is normal imo.. She is just getting started, and she was a bit bound.. give her time. She will be shooting out pistils all over, haha.

Haha yes we have, thank you again for your help. Yes I'm going to do some reasrch on defolation will help me massively... And well I gave her 10 liters on Saturday then it pissed it down with rain for 2 days straight she was drenched!! the soil is still miost 5 days on, I'm going to water her again tomorrow as its would have been 5 days but like I say massively rained... But today has been 22 degrees so it's been beautiful I've been out all day at football heading home soon see how she's getting on.. But then brown pistols are they meant to be brown most are white but some are browny /orange I thought that only happened when the buds maturing xx

Good job on waiting to water! She's needs that dry cycle. 10 L glad to hear, thats great and right around what I expected her to take. Too bad it keeps pissin on her right when you water.. I would always watch for the weather to water and supplement water only if needed. Since you have her in a pot.. and it rains alot.

Sounds like you are in a moist rainy climate overall and you def don't want bug / mold issues down the road (maybe why your seeing that in the pistils I can't see it well.) Good reason to defoliate some of the inner foilage, let airflow get through.

Watch for any changes though, due to the weird watering occurances. That prob explains why she is still a bit droopy. Or getting droopy because is ready for water again. It's hard to know when I'm not there in person. How are the leaves feeling now? I really go by their signs, I know my ladies. They are my babies(: they let you know when they need something.

You are doing great, (was this your first grow, I forgot?) and your lady looks great overall.

Edit: Here's an easy on the eyes link, that has great and accurate info - for indoors and outdoors:

New pics she's doing a beast!!! The reason I'm so hyped is this was a random fucking seed she has been re potted 5 times! No feed through out the whole god damn process!! She's an organic English female beast! I know compared to most she's still a small plant but she's beaten all odds of even getting this far the amount of bullshit problems I've had along the way man I didn't even have a pH tester lol! but I'd say she has 6 weeks max left and my project outdoor photo plant is done!! Then onto my indoor babies!

Apart from that she's doing beautiful
