Looks like a bug issue. Not sure which one from the pics but likely thrips, spider mites or russet or broad mites.

How to make it better, I just flush to lower my ppms

I’d spray every day with a wand sprayer with pressure, try to rinse the leaves daily early in the day for a few weeks

Use natural light yellow light doesnt help or use lots of words 1000min

Only thing i see is leafs down that could be water light wind bugs too much silica too
