Let us look at this in the biggest frame. We have a president about whom the opposition is using outright lies. He schedules visits to the affected areas but still believes that he can do more good for more people if he manages to retain his office in the face of those lies and the razor sharp advantage that he manages to hold in the polls.

Obama is doing what he can, Romney is grandstanding by visiting the region - why? because he can order nothing and help no one.

Imagine the photo ops though.
