hi all, been rackin my brain tryin to figure out my plants problems and finally found my answer! miracle grow perlite!!! don't buy it!!! it contains lead, arsenic, cobalt, serilium (don't have the foggiest what serillium is) and it has nutes in it. i should of listened to my wife, she told me it was the perlite but hell who listens to the wife right. I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN USE ANY PRODUCT BY MIRACLE GROW!!! plants are back on track. if you want to know whats in your ferts,soil you can go to this website to find the truth about mg. www.regulatory-info-sc.com. hope this helps others!!! :peace:

Do yourself a favor and use PRO-MIX and 20% worm castings. It's black gold. Combine that with Fox Farm nutes and you have a recipe for success my friend. Though I have found I like a little more perlite than it comes with when addinmg castings. 4 parts PRO-MIX, 1 part castings and 1 part perlite(super coarse):hump::hump::hump:

I use MG perlite, because it's what I had access to at the time. I haven't noticed any problems (about 5weeks veg so far), but that may be because I pair it with FF ocean forest. That might be what's keeping me good :)
