i got a quick question though . if a medical patient has their grow rights . can they sign those over to a non medical patient? or do they both have to have medical papers.?
 
yes i believe they can its something call signing the right for a care taker thats how the dispensaries work they have u sign something saying they going to be ur caretaker for marijuana but for u if u already have been charged with cultivation then even if u have been signed over the right they still would prob try to charge u the same maybe some on else would could elaverate more
 
Even if you claimed you were a grower for a med patient and had some way to back that up they only allow a limited number of plants per patient in each state. (here it's six mature and 20 some cuttings) Here you can grow for 4 patients max so that's 24 plants max if you claimed you had 4 patients.

You'd have to check your state, but I think you have no chance of pulling this off.
 
hey again yall. so my medical lady signed over her grow rights . easy as that im able to have 15 plants any stages at once. not at my current residence of course and of course i aint makin the same mistakes again. just thought id keep you all informed, i can possess 24 ounces dried and cured and her prescriptions as a provider. all it was was a couple sheets of paper signed by the doctors and her. fun times.

Im thinking about growing but I got about 2 felonies or more on my record (used my first time offense, GOT LUCKY, next time fucked) and Im having some light paranoia. Do I REALLY need HPS lights to flower? Can't I use about 2-3 4 foot florscents?
 
yah you def cant tell who will turn on you for what ever reason... dont stress about it.. I went through it but luckly i was inbetween harvest and dont shit were i sleep sort of sense.. i have a partner that had to invest in it so i knew he wouldnt defacto... I grow he keeps the product so its not sitting there all up in my face... they kicked in the door at my roomates house and they only got empty pots and nutes with lights... found out it was the neighbor watching me take lights into the house... it ended up me telling a judge i have a hobby horticulture and showed them pics of peppers mini pineaple and shit so they laughed and said catch you later... lol fuck that.. do your time and get back on your horse and ride.. maybe want to move too seems they might keep you under the lamp if you stay... and i kinda agree in a sense make sure you keep that stuff to your self and tell your fiance the same...yo aerogardens are kick ass and you can still have alittle product for yourself... but is your girl ever gonna let you grow again that might bring up some issues at home.. dam dude.. keep the chin up and im glad to hear that everything went well except the hummer your buying the judge when your done paying the fines... wow they suck... great to hear your growing again with some legalities on your side... GOOD GOOD...

haha im right here guys. been busy . and no on the aerogarden guys . what a waste. trust me . a little advise. for all of you who arent legal , go find someone who has legal right and have them sign over there right s to you . gives a legal way to carry their scripts. pills and herbal. and grow if need be

wow i hate how the cops and news go to such lengths to make you seem like such a bad person! the last part of the second news story is what redeems it all with the lady talking about how you took care of her lawn without asking. thats not something i see dangerous weed growers that target their product at teens in schools
 
Sorry to hear your news dude i fucking hate peps with big fucking mouths, i mean we sit in our homes and bother nobody and grow shit out of dirt, as the late great Bill hicks once said, if your in a bar and a man comes towards you screeming and shouting with a bottle in his hand is he drunk or high ? its all over the uk the now aswell every fucking week busts ive just took it onboard its not if, its when, and as you say where do they get these street value from, a guy i read about in scotland got done 3 weeks ago they got 90 plants, ok a little greedy but fair play to him, its in the paper street value £90,000, a short while ago i had 30 plants and i sure as hell did not have like £30,000 worth, so they are saying £1000 a plant fucking right, but hes not going to go to court and say yo judge you have the wrong street value cos then he's addmitting dealing right, but i wish you all the very best man i really do, when will they just leave us alone to puff, look at the dutch you go over to the dam its cool 100% legal then you go on a plane for 1 hour tops land in the uk and its not, can someone please fall the fuck back and tell us why its ok in one place and not in another cos am fucking www.confused.com/roll@fuckingbanger.not a web site me being angry AAAAaaaahhh and again.
