Buds to try during drying??

I've seen that most people like to hang their buds up for a few days at the very least. I hang mine for 1-2 days and the buds are pretty dry and almost crispy on the outside. I know its not a heat problem and the room has plenty of ventilation. I'm thinking low humidity maybe? I know they do get some of that moisture back from curing...but still seems too dry. Also, this isn't the first time. Any help?

yah, low humidity. Mine take about 7-8 days, but are perfect. I have high humidity outside (80%), and about 60% inside.

by a thermometer/humidity reader to be sure. they're hella cheap, even the wireless remote ones.

If your buds are dry that soon, and you can't keep the humidity up, then don't cut up the plant at all when you hang her. this will keep her wet way longer.

Depends on size and thickness of bud, also whether or not u leave it on the stem, and of course humidity. @ days, and some of my smaller nugs feel crispy. 3 days and most of the plants are crispy to the touch and the stem is still a bit bendy (doesn't snap) From there they get trimmed up nice nad into mason jars. You NEED to cure them to make em smell and taste nice. 12 hours a day they are sealed and open 12. after 7 days they are sealed 20 hours a day, and then eventually stored in a freezer and opened once a month. My plants are grown perpetual SOG and only reach 18 to 24 inches. Buds range from thickness of a carrot to thickness of a soda can.

Sorry, might have misread your question - a really simple way to get moisture into your bud is to chop up a carrot, or half a potato and throw it into your stash. seal it up in a jar or bag and check on it every hour. You will reach your desired juicyness. enjoy

This would work.

If you have another plant still growing, you can use a leaf from that plant to put into your bag as well. It will provide moisture without making your weed smell like anything you don't want it to.
