its about 4 feet tall 3 feet wide and the leaves on the bottom are always dying its about 16 weeks old its in a 20 gallon bucket with general hydroponics nutes with 20 gallon air pump and using 4 150 watt cfl's........... but my question is how long do you think it would take to fully bud

It will start getting buds after you put it on a 12/12 light schedule. How long it will take to fully bud will depend on the strain, generally between 8 and 14 weeks.
If you are using 4-150 watt bulbs for one big plant, placed close enough as described in this thread then you have enough light. Could of had a 600watt hps for the same watts of power.
And this still belongs in your journal??? VV:wall:

Hey GK, Eiko makes a brighter bulb that puts out 6,900 lumens at 105 watts. It will give you 3 more lumens per watt then your current 2,700/42 bulb. It does boost your cost from $13.88 psf to $16.09 psf. But you wouldn't need as many bulbs.

I didn't see what temp (K) you were using did I miss it? Did you change temperatures for the flowering? Love to ya for all the work.

Bought the book last night and can't wait for it to get here. Even paid the xtra to get it fast. I'm on day 21 of my CFL grow, also my first solo grow, plants are about 5-6 inches tall and bushy as hell. Started the 12/12 flower cycle last night and really pissed off the boyfriend. He's convinced it won't work and we'll end up with buds "smaller than pine cones" (Alaskan pine cones are pretty freakin small) on 10" plants. I've read enough here to know better and can't wait (hope!) to prove him wrong.

Knowm, you do indeed have the patience of a saint. I've spent more time than I care to admit reading here over the last few weeks. Reading the same questions over and over, even in the same thread, drives me mad. I just couldn't deal if those questions were directed at me. It doesn't take long to figure out that everything you need to know is already here, you just gotta take some time and READ. I bought the book because I like books better than the net and you deserve some compensation for all you do to help noobs like me. Plus, I plan on reading it to my ladies when we hang out.

Oh, and for those joking(?) about torrenting or distributing the book and dvd's, karma is what you make it. But I know y'all would never do anything like that, right?

I absolutly love this book just bought it at b&n. I am seriously wondering if I can actually do what he does and grow 8 zips off 3 plants. That would be rad. well see.

i recommend this book highly.
