maybe temps a bit to warm whilst drying but as said curing will even it out. best to cure in a airtight glass jar and burb the jar a few times a day to let the moisture out

yep, dont really wait for the stems to "snap"

put them in the air-tight jars and they will get wet again from the moisture inside of the bud.

if it feels too wet when you check it again then leave them out of the jar for a bit,and then back in when you feel they are dry enough to go back inside the jar.

also check the buds at the bottom of the jar not just the top.

and continue to burp and check on them.

When the buds get dry to the touch I jar them with no regard to stems. Open the jars or dump the buds out after 12 hours or so and they are wet again. Leave buds out or jar open until the buds dry again. Repeat until the buds can be left in the jars without getting wet.

Your bags will smell green for awhile but if you check them often the first few wks it kinda goes flat. Then over the next month check weekly as they cure & the smell builds into a real eye burner.
First you go through the hay smell, then the odd amonia phased & then you get to see how she finished.....citrusy, blueberries, skunk, spicy. I say this as i pull big tar balls from the bong daily...cus i do luv the fresh bud!
