Bud to hash ratio 13:7

So, I came across an old thread about how much hash you can expect from bud, with estimates seeming to peak around 15% return, although these were talking about trim.

Anyway, I took 2g of northern lights bud and ground it up, threw it in my dry sifter, knuckled and rubbed it good for 30 minutes or so, and got 706mg of kief back. The remaining flower is still rather smokable. This is a 35% return. I’m sure somebody could get a higher yield if they tried. Something to think about for the hash fans out there!

Anybody got any similar yields of hash?

You got so much back because it's full of plant matter which is why it's green. That's not hash it's sifted ground weed. I'm sure it will get you good and buzzed so smoke away.

This is dry ice hash. Notice the tan color?

Yeah that looks really nice! I noticed it was looking a little green, so I definitely went overboard with the rubbing. I’ve done ice hash before, think the trim is gonna go in the bubble bags. I pressed into a puck alright but it looks a little on the herby side.

It's a little herby but I'm sure it will get you high. Smoke away and enjoy

Thanks bud! It’s alright to smoke but could definitely be better. I’m eyeing up my trim and going to check the closet for the bubble bags to try to get that quality golden brown you’re pulling! You’ve definitely given me some inspiration.
