They grew a couple inches today I swear…gave them some bone meal and feather tea to provide a nitrogen boost. The color is evening out and the lime green is fading. they’ll get a couple doses of FF wk 3/4 to top off the nitrogen tank and then will move to bloom feedings with other stuff mixed in…2E30C7DB-9112-4E86-A2BA-2F561AB83848.jpegD250C1F2-C81C-4E30-89E5-6B2751DB752F.jpeg56651DD1-FE12-4174-AED5-8A5622DE1BEB.jpeg7ACCC595-4AE0-4DFE-8EB1-0F81C25BBB03.jpeg93470B65-5943-41E5-9850-2EEF1AE9E031.jpeg28BF1A30-D7E7-48A1-A32A-EE3349BC5D30.jpeg0DED8D52-CCEC-4E32-90A7-DAF59E458E2E.jpeg

Ha, yeah the “extra” was kinda misplaced, never though of that until ya brought it up. Should really have been extra-special…hyphens are important.

I also try to end my sentences prepositions not with.

these are on day 47, probably another 40/45 days, no rush…

They really are looking great. The structure on the bubba is perfect for training and spreading it out the way you like to do. Should be a really nice haul.

Day 51, probably 5 feet tall and spreading out nicely. I clipped all the yellowing leaves last nite so will get better air flow, and send energy/nutes to the flowering sites. Stalks are stiffening up which is crucial since so many branches are outside the cage and will get pretty heavy - the cage will give me good points to tie them up if they start drooping over…

thunderstorms predicted for tonite so the wonderful GF will lug them up to her screened porch where they’ll stay for a day or two. After 4 straight days in the 90s and nothing but sun they will appreciate the break…

Day 67, they survived nearly an entire day yesterday above 90 and a few hours near 100. I on the other hand stayed inside most of the day.

gave them some ph 6.4 water yesterday AM, then some SLF100 at dusk, amd some Recharge and Fish Shit this morning. Next 2 days are gonna be in mid 80s and sun all day…who could ask for more?

gave them a heavy defoliation this morning. Cut everything that was growing interior to the plants, and some distressed fan leaves. The collars of leaves surrounding the bud sites are deep green and the pistils are brilliant white. They’ll get more light interior to the plant and greatly improved airflow.

im thinking 3 more weeks…

saw some ladybugs and green lacewings I released out there last week…

You better get more pipe cleaners ready because she's going to put on some serious weight in the next three to four weeks. I am so impressed at the size and health of them bud, you're killing it with this strain. You should look into his other strains Witch Doctor and Wicked Witch I bet they'd kill it outside as well if not even bigger as far as yield. Wicked Witch might even be a little bit more as far as potency goes. That's his new one that I'm really looking forward to trying. It's his Witch Doctor crossed with a nice Kerosene Krash auto from Dutch Passion breeders that consistently tested over 20% THC. Sounds like some pretty heavy smoke for auto flowers.

That’s cool, I’m really happy with how the tomato cages helped the grow…we bent every branch possible under the lateral stringers as they were stretching, and now we’re tying them up to the out side of the cage when they start to droop from the weight of flowers…I hope to wind up with columns of buds. Clearing out the interior helped a bunch too…what woulda been LARF on the inside of the canopy is now in the sun. Normally, at the 70 day point, it’d be tough to move these plants since they’d be pretty bushy - having them tied to the cage makes moving them easier if necessary to avoid torrential downpours, and the cages give the branches support if ya wanna leave them out in the weather.

I’ll checkout witch doctor and wicked witch too; I’m gonna use this technique with Mango Smile at my house, and 3 Bears OG at the GF house. MS is supposed to get tall if ya let it so the cages will come in handy.

Day 73 and they are not slowing down. They were pelted by a deluge the other day and some of the more flower laden branches bent over nearly to the ground. It was easy to get them standing back up straight by tying them to the tomato cage. Another couple of days of ideal conditions ahead so all is well…

Yeah, outside does have advantages…

‘’these are getting more sun than they can handle maybe…I trimmed a whole bunch of yellow leaves and some of the buds (not many) are showing some crispines. Planned harvest is Friday 8 Jul…will be another fun time!

Another full day of sun today, and then maybe some rain for a couple days. I might drag these into a covered/screened porch that gets some light but not much, and put them under a ceiling fan for a day or two to dry out and avoid rain right before harvest. Thinking about hanging whole plants for a day before the final trim and prep for the Cannatrol.

Full day of trimming and the lower back is screaming at me…oh well, might have something laying about here to help with the pain…

I saw a couple bugs while trimming, so as a precautionary measure, I loaded the trays and froze them overnight…I’ll do a thorough inspection and buck everything down to final size in a couple days.

the wet weight going into the CVault is 31.1 oz; using a 80% weight loss estimate, dry weight should be around 6 oz. I was expecting more but 1.5 oz per plant is still respectable. I think the overnight in the freezer might have jump started the water loss, so I may get more net weight after the 8 day dry/cure cycle.

the Conditions when I first loaded the Cannatrol were 60.6 degrees and a dew point of 53.9 degrees. On the last Cannatrol run with my buddy’s Pink Panama, the initial conditions were 71 degrees and a dew point of 66.5 degrees. The overnight in the freezer appears to have lowered the initial dew point, so so water had already been extracted perhaps. I’ll monitor the conditions and report back…

have an awesome day everyone!

Another factor bearing in the initial wet weight is the trim “severity”…I put lots of LARF in the bubble hash pile. Including some stuff I woulda otherwise trimmed and cured so the gross initial weight is prolly low relative to what it could have been if I’d not been so generous with the bubble hash pile.

no matter, it’s all good…
